Mr. Kasula officially began his role on Monday, December 16, 2025.
In this newly created position, Mr. Kasula will support the Office of the CEO while playing a key role in modernizing and scaling CMA’s internal operations. His responsibilities include executive support, CRM and workflow optimization, systems integration, scheduling, client coordination, and backend operational management across CMA’s consulting and advisory engagements.
Mr. Kasula brings more than 11 years of experience in customer service, banking operations, and compliance-driven environments, having held progressively senior roles within global financial institutions, including Wells Fargo (via Fusion Technology LLC) and ICICI Bank Ltd. His background includes sanctions screening, wire transfer analysis, escalation management for high-value and international clients, payment screening, and team leadership within highly regulated financial systems.
He also brings strong technical fluency and operational rigor, with hands-on experience using tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, HubSpot, Zapier, Asana, Monday.com, Canva, and emerging AI productivity platforms. His expertise aligns directly with CMA’s strategic focus on building efficient, technology-enabled consulting infrastructure.
