He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Missouri–Columbia, an MBA from Maryville University, and a Juris Doctor from Southern Illinois University School of Law. His professional background includes roles at IHS Markit and U.S. Bank, where he developed a strong foundation in financial services, risk awareness, and analytical rigor. In addition to his civilian career, Dallas served honorably in the United States Army Reserve, an experience that continues to inform his leadership style, accountability standards, and operational discipline. He is also a certified Financial Modeling and Valuation Analyst (FMVA), further reinforcing his ability to bridge strategy, finance, and execution.

John Turner serves as Manager of Business Development, based on-site at the Dallas office, where he focuses on building relationships, supporting market expansion, and driving growth through disciplined, people-centered strategies. He brings a strong foundation in communication, outreach, and operational coordination to help move business development initiatives forward. John is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Political Science at Southern Illinois University, where his studies emphasize systems thinking, stakeholder engagement, and strategic decision-making. His academic background complements his hands-on experience in roles that require consistency, clarity, and accountability. He has supported multiple state and national political campaigns, contributing to high-volume outreach efforts, canvassing initiatives, and engagement tracking across diverse communities. Through this work, John developed a strong ability to identify opportunities, communicate value effectively, and adapt messaging based on audience insights—skills that translate directly to business development and partnership growth. Earlier experience in team-based and public-facing environments helped John develop a collaborative leadership style, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to execution. Abby is currently in her second year of law school at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law. She brings a strong academic foundation and hands-on legal experience to her work, supporting attorneys and clients with diligence and attention to detail. Abby earned her bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies from Southern Illinois University Carbondale. During her time at SIU, she served as Vice President of the Organization of Paralegal Students, demonstrating leadership, professionalism, and a commitment to the legal field. She possesses extensive knowledge of legal research and writing and has developed practical experience through multiple administrative assistant and legal support roles. Outside of her academic and professional pursuits, Abby enjoys golfing and painting, activities that reflect both discipline and creativity.
