Will I be talking to a salesperson?

No. You speak directly with a senior advisor who would actually do or lead the work — not a closer. We’re diagnosing your situation, not running you through a pitch.

What should I have ready?

Nothing formal. Come with what you’re trying to accomplish and what’s in the way. If you have numbers, a deck, or a deadline, mention them — but the call works fine as a conversation.
