Pricing
Published. Fixed. No surprises.
Most consulting firms hide their prices until you are three meetings deep. We publish ours, priced to the size of the decision, and where work is custom we fix the price before we start, in writing.

Payment terms
Built so cash timing is not the obstacle
Price is rarely what stops a good project. Cash timing is. So every engagement carries a payment schedule, stated in writing before any work begins.

Three equal installments across the engagement.
Above $9,500
Half to start, half on delivery.
Custom Work
Scoped on the intro call, fixed before we start
Some work is genuinely custom. For these the intro call produces an exact scope and an exact price, in writing, before any commitment, and never an open-ended hourly meter.
Veteran or military family? The Veteran Business Support Initiative funds subsidized engagements each quarter, plus a basic business plan at no cost.
FAQ
Pricing questions, answered straight
Why do you publish prices when most consultants will not?
Because hiding the number is a sales tactic, not a service. Owners deserve to know whether an engagement is in range before they spend a call finding out. Where work is genuinely custom, such as project finance or a fractional COO retainer, we fix the price on the intro call instead, before any commitment.
How do the payment terms work?
Engagements from $2,500 to $9,500 are paid in three equal installments. Engagements above $9,500 are 50% to start and 50% on delivery. The terms are stated in your written agreement before any work begins. Cash timing, not price, is usually what stops a good project, so we build the schedule in.
How quickly can you start?
We deliberately take on a limited number of new engagements each month so a senior advisor stays on every account. Most work kicks off within a few business days of a signed scope. If you have a hard deadline, tell us on the call and we will be straight about whether we can hit it.
Are there hidden fees or overruns?
No. Fixed-price work is fixed: the price agreed before we start is the price. Your written agreement is the controlling document, and there is no open-ended hourly meter.
What determines which tier I need?
The size of the decision. A plan for a $500K SBA loan needs different depth than one for a priced venture round. The intro call exists to match the engagement to the decision, and we will tell you honestly when the smaller tier is enough.
What if my budget is smaller than this?
There are honest options below the firm book, including a working session and an essential plan for smaller raises, plus free templates you can use today. Start with the 30-minute call and we will point you to the right one. There is no benefit to overbuying.
