Partner with CMA

Coleman Management Advisors partners with firms and independent professionals through client referrals, co-delivery and two-way introductions. Based in Dallas, CMA contributes business planning, financial modeling, operations, automation and growth support. Each relationship starts with a conversation about fit, clear responsibilities and commercial terms agreed in writing.

A stronger client handoff

Good work often needs another specialist.

Your client hires a team, buys software, prepares for financing or enters a market. The next challenge is connecting that decision to a business that runs. CMA can take on the agreed planning, systems or operating work while you focus on your part.

How we work together

Three ways to build the relationship.

Referral

Introduce a client who needs strategy, systems or operating leadership.

Your part
Make a warm introduction and share the context the client has agreed you can share.
CMA’s part
Scope the work, contract directly with the client and deliver the agreed engagement.
A good fit for
A client need beyond your scope.

Illustrative example

Co-delivery

Bring complementary expertise to the same client engagement.

Your part
Lead your agreed work, whether that is people, marketing, technology or another specialist contribution.
CMA’s part
Take responsibility for the agreed planning, platform, process or leadership work, with handoffs defined together.
A good fit for
A project that needs more than one discipline.
See a practical handoff

Illustrative example

An agency leads the marketing execution while CMA takes a separately defined operating or leadership scope. The teams agree responsibilities and handoffs before work begins.

Discuss co-delivery →

Two-way introductions

Build a trusted network around the businesses we each serve.

Your part
Help CMA understand your strengths and what makes a suitable introduction.
CMA’s part
Learn where your work fits and introduce relevant opportunities when there is a good match.
A good fit for
A longer-term relationship between complementary practices.
See a practical handoff

Before we make the first introduction.

Where can I download the CMA partnership deck and one-pager?

Both English PDFs are free to download from the partner kit section on this page, without providing an email address. The one-page brief covers the introduction and pricing highlights; the 13-page deck adds capabilities, pricing, partnership models, public work examples and next steps. The files are generated from the published website catalog and current contact details.

Who can partner with CMA?

CMA welcomes conversations with firms, organizations and independent specialists whose work complements strategy, planning, operations, automation or growth support. Relevant groups include staffing firms, agencies, CPAs, lenders, accelerators, veteran organizations and technology providers.

What partnership models are available?

The three starting models are referral, co-delivery and two-way introductions. In a referral, CMA scopes and contracts directly with the client. Co-delivery combines defined contributions to an engagement. Two-way introductions build a network around suitable client needs.

Is there a standard referral fee or revenue share?

No automatic commission or standard revenue share is published. Any commercial arrangement is discussed and agreed in a written partner agreement. Introductions depend on fit; the page does not promise a minimum volume.

Who owns the client relationship and delivery responsibilities?

For a direct referral, CMA contracts with the client for CMA’s work. For co-delivery, the parties agree the scope, responsibilities, communication and handoffs before work begins. The arrangement is defined for the actual engagement.

Do partners have to be based in Dallas?

No. CMA is headquartered in Dallas and works with businesses nationally and internationally. The appropriate mix of remote work, on-site delivery and any travel is agreed in the scope. CMA does not claim an office outside Dallas.

What should I send in a first partnership inquiry?

Send a short description of your firm or specialty, who you serve, relevant work examples and how you would like to collaborate. Keep confidential client information out of the initial message. If a specific client is involved, arrange the introduction with their permission.
