Subsidized Engagements Each Quarter
The Initiative funds four fully subsidized engagements each quarter for veteran founders, across business plans, pitch decks, fractional COO, market research, and more. The allocation is real and funded, so the support holds. If a quarter is full, we hold your place for the next one.
Veteran Funding Support
Specialized help identifying and pursuing veteran-eligible funding — preparation, positioning, and application support, with funding readiness delivered in partnership with National Business Capital, a referral partner and not a lender. CMA may receive a referral fee.
Veteran Startup Launch Roadmap
A structured, step-by-step roadmap for transitioning service members and early-stage veteran founders: business formation, licensing, funding options, competitive research, and 90-day execution planning.
One-on-One Strategy Sessions
Personalized advisory sessions with Dallas Coleman, an Army veteran, covering business model development, scaling strategy, and operational planning. Available to veteran founders through the Initiative.
Veteran Resource Library
Free access to templates, checklists, guides, SOPs, and planning documents built specifically for veteran entrepreneurs — business planning, operations, funding preparation, and execution frameworks.
Beyond the subsidized slots, veteran founders on a tighter budget can also use the small-business options, including an owner working session at $450 and an essential plan at $1,250.

Who is eligible for the CMA Veteran Business Support Initiative?
Veterans, active-duty service members, Guard and Reserve members, and Gold Star families. There is no application form: book the free 30-minute intro call and say that you served or that you are a Gold Star family member.
What does a veteran get for free?
A fully customized basic business plan at no cost, with market analysis, a company overview, financial assumptions, and a launch roadmap, plus free access to the veteran resource library of templates, checklists, SOPs, and planning documents. There is no expiration on the free basic plan.
How many subsidized engagements are available, and is it a discount?
The Initiative funds four fully subsidized engagements each quarter across business plans, pitch decks, fractional COO work, market research, and more. It is a funded allocation, not a blanket discount, so it is real and it is capped. If a quarter fills, your place is held for the next one.
Does CMA help veterans get funding or make loans?
CMA prepares veterans to raise capital: the plan, the model, and the documents a lender or investor evaluates. Funding readiness is delivered in partnership with National Business Capital, which is a referral partner, not a lender; CMA does not make loans or credit decisions and may receive a referral fee.
What if the subsidized slots are full this quarter?
Your place is held for the next quarter, and the free basic business plan and resource library are available at any time. Veteran founders on a tighter budget can also use the small-business options: an owner working session at $450 or an essential plan at $1,250 for a raise under $250K.
