What does a project finance model include?

Construction-period funding and draw schedules, operating revenues under the executed offtake agreement, O&M forecasts with escalation, applicable tax and incentive modeling, debt assumptions with amortization, and annual plus cumulative debt service coverage — built conservative-base-case and structured for lender adjustment.
