Et Lux Retreats: An Investor Plan for a Wellness-Retreat Venture

Et Lux Retreats, LLC

Structured launch

a plan built around a defined operational runway

Differentiated

a science-anchored, small-cohort retreat model

Investor-ready

a private offering plan with a defined use of funds

Situation

Et Lux Retreats is a wellness-retreat venture with a distinctive, science-anchored model — six-day, small-cohort immersive experiences built on logotherapy, functional medicine, somatic healing, and nature immersion. To fund its launch, it needed an investor-grade plan and model that treated a transformative concept as a real, evaluable business.

The engagement

CMA built the investor package around the venture’s differentiated model.

The concept and differentiation

We structured the retreat model — the format, the cohort size, and the specific modalities that set it apart — into a defined, differentiated business, so investors saw a distinctive product with a defensible position rather than one more wellness offering.

The offering and the launch runway

The plan was built around a concrete operational launch: pilot retreats, team build-out, and brand activation across a defined runway, with a structured use of funds so a private investor could see exactly what their capital funds and when.

The financial model and deck

A financial model turned the retreat economics into projections an investor could interrogate, and the plan and deck were aligned into one consistent offering. (Offering specifics remain confidential to the client.)

Why the structure mattered

The framing decision was to pair the transformation with a runway. Wellness ventures often lead with the experience and lose investors at the economics; grounding Et Lux in a defined model, a use of funds, and a launch plan made the vision fundable.

Impact

Et Lux Retreats left with an investor-ready plan and model — a science-anchored retreat concept structured into a business a private investor can evaluate, fund, and watch execute.

A transformative experience becomes an investment once the model and the runway are real.

  1. 1

  2. 2

The offering & the launch runway

A plan built around a clear operational launch: pilot retreats, team build-out, and brand activation across a defined runway, with a structured use of funds so investors could see exactly what capital does.

  3. 3

    The financial model & deck

A financial model turning the retreat economics into projections a private investor can interrogate, and a plan and deck aligned into one consistent offering. (Offering specifics remain confidential to the client.)
